* Update EN, IT langs

Fixed EN lang mistype error
Added missing IT keys + added more translations

* Fixed files location

- livestreams.dat now uses same location as session.data (if specified on config.yml)
- .db.lock now uses same location as database file (if specified on config.yml)

* Update migrate.go
